Terms

The deal

gymbuddy.uk is a UK directory of personal trainers and a free tool for PTs. Listings are free. Searches are free. We don't take a cut of any session you book.

If you're a PT

Don't lie about your qualifications. We delist false claims.
Keep your profile current. Out-of-date listings are removed after 12 months of silence.
You own your bio, photos, and contact details. We have a right to display them while your profile is live.

If you're a client

You contact PTs directly. Pricing, payment, sessions, and any disputes are between you and them.
If a listed PT misbehaves, tell us at hello@gymbuddy.uk and we'll investigate.
Always check medical clearance before starting any new training programme. We don't replace your GP.

The free tool

The Reels-script tool generates content for personal use. Don't use it to misrepresent yourself, breach any platform's rules, or generate content that targets minors. We rate-limit per-IP and per-email to prevent abuse.

Liability

We don't guarantee accuracy of PT profiles, availability, qualifications, or outcomes from training. We're a directory; the service is provided "as is".
