Who we are

gymbuddy.uk is operated by Dimi Petrov, a sole trader. Contact: hello@gymbuddy.uk.

What we collect

Email address you give us via the Reels tool, newsletter signup, or PT signup form
PT profile data you submit (name, qualifications, bio, pricing, cities, niches)
Hashed IP address (for abuse rate limiting on the free tool)
Standard server logs (URL, response code, timestamp) — not used to track you across sites

Why we collect it

To deliver the service you asked for: send the scripts you generated, list your practice in the directory, send a weekly PT newsletter if you opted in, and keep the site working without abuse.

Lawful basis

Consent (newsletter, marketing) and legitimate interest (delivering the tool result, fraud prevention). UK GDPR + Data Protection Act 2018.

Where it's stored

Supabase (EU region — Frankfurt) and Cloudflare. Anthropic's API for the Reels tool — input is sent to generate the scripts and is not used by Anthropic to train models on opted-out tiers.

How long

Email addresses: 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted. PT profiles: as long as you want them up.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of your data. Email hello@gymbuddy.uk and we'll act within 30 days.
