CrossFit — UK CrossFit boxes.

Independent UK CrossFit boxes — affiliate status verifiable on CrossFit Games. Every box shows the head coach's CF-Level 1 (minimum), L2, or L3 credential. We list independents only — no big chains, no franchise gym add-ons. Bring your own water bottle.

Common questions

How do I check a CrossFit coach's qualifications?+
Every listing on gymbuddy shows the practitioner's verifiable credentials with a direct link to the public register (REPs, CIMSPA, CSP, ANutr, BACP, Yoga Alliance, etc.). Click the badge to confirm membership in real time.
Do I have to pay gymbuddy to book?+
No. Each listing has a "Visit website" button that takes you straight to the practitioner's own site. We don't take a commission, gate the contact, or run booking. Pricing and payment are between you and them.
What if the website link is broken?+
We auto-check every listing weekly. If a website 404s, the listing is suspended. If you spot a broken or out-of-date link before we do, click "Report this listing" on the profile.
What's a free consult?+
Most CrossFit boxes offer a 15-30 minute first call with no charge — a fit check, not a session. Filter by "free consult" if you want to shortlist only those who offer one.
What's CF-L1 / L2 / L3?+
CrossFit's coaching certification ladder. Level 1 (CF-L1) = the foundation 2-day course, mandatory minimum. L2 = 3-day with apprenticeship. L3 = certified CrossFit trainer (rare, ~3,000 globally). All three are verifiable on the CrossFit Games site.
Is CrossFit safe for beginners?+
If the box scales workouts properly, yes. Look for an On-Ramp / Foundations programme (4-6 sessions teaching the movements). Avoid boxes that put you straight into a regular class on day one.
